International Traffic in Arms Regulations
IMPORTANT: NO ONSITE ITAR REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Deadline: April 19, 2026
Some material presented and discussed at SAMPE 2026 contains information covered under the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR). All non – U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) government employees must ensure their employers are pre-registered with the Defense Logistics Service Center (DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement). Presentations governed by this requirement will be marked "ITAR." All participants of an ITAR session – including attendees, authors, speakers, session chairs and moderators – must be cleared prior to being admitted.
REGISTRATION PROCESS – AUTHORS, REVIEWERS, PRESENTERS
SAMPE will contact authors, reviewers and presenters informing them of the submission process.
Presentations will not be distributed.
About the DD Form 2345
DD form 2345 individual certification credentials (required for U.S. & Resident Aliens) must be from one of the following:
Copy of an approved and active DD Form 2345 for the individual, OR,
Copy of an approved and active DD Form 2345 for the individual's employer PLUS evidence of current employment status with that employer (corporate ID, business card, etc.), OR
A listing of the individual's employer in the most recent DoD quarterly Qualified U.S. Contractor Access List PLUS evidence of current employment status with that employer (corporate ID, business card, etc...).
The DD Form 2345 may be filled out online and mailed for approval to be listed on the Qualified U.S. Contractor List.
