All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be in writing via email to registration@sampe.org. See below for deadline dates.

 

March 27, 2026 - All cancellations made by this date will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Any cancellations after March 27th will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee.

April 17, 2026 - No refunds will be given after this date.

SAMPE does not accept responsibility for any no shows at the conference. Regardless of their attendance, these individuals will be charged for the cost of their registration.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SAMPE constitutes an agreement by the registrant for SAMPE's use and dsitrubtion (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in any form of marketing of such events and activites.
