Register for the Annual Conference online, here. There are multiple types of registration badges: Attendee, Student, and Exhibitor. The different registration packages include Premium Conference, Full Conference, Exhibitor Conference, Student Full Conference, One Day Pass, and Exhibits Only Passes (access to the exhibit hall only) – view current prices below.

Alert: Scam Warning for SAMPE Conference Registrants
As we approach the SAMPE Spring Conference, be aware of fraudulent emails offering to sell attendee or membership lists. SAMPE never sells its lists; any communication suggesting otherwise is a scam. These false offers often come from non-existent companies using data from public sources, making them unreliable at best, fraudulent at worst.

What to Do: If you receive such an email or if a member reports one to you, report and delete it. Do not engage with these scams. Forward any reports to Nancy@sampe.org for awareness and further action.
Remember, your vigilance helps protect our community. If you’re contacted with offers to buy our attendee lists, it’s a scam. Report it to us immediately.

Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policies

For registration changes, substitutions, and cancellations, please email registration@sampe.org. See below for deadline dates.

May 10, 2024 - All cancellations made by this date will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee.

May 17, 2024 - No refunds will be given after this date.

SAMPE does not accept responsibility for conference no-shows. Regardless of the registration type, these individuals will be charged for the total registration cost.

Registration, attendance, or participation in SAMPE constitutes an agreement by the registrant for SAMPE's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in marketing such events and activities.

All participants at SAMPE must adhere to the SAMPE anti-trust guidelines.

All participants agree to wear their badge at all times during the event and may not share their badge with other attendees.

No children under the age of 18 are permitted on the Show Floor without adult supervision.  Children are not permitted in conference program.
