The Young Professionals’ Trifecta – Leadership, Learning, and Innovation

Identifying and building your professional leadership network is a continuous process of learning and innovation. The learning and innovation elements are both personal and professional in scope. Dynamic workplaces are encouraging young professionals to be innovative and creative with their ideas on workplace structure and process. In this interactive session, participants will explore the “10 Faces of IDEO Innovation” as well as their “5 Step Methodology” in a purposeful and lively process that will show how these ideas can apply to both workplace or volunteer teams.
