Call for Technical Paper Abstracts

Be a part of the cornerstone of SAMPE Conferences

Each year, hundreds of abstracts are submitted for consideration for inclusion in the program. Industry leaders, academicians, graduate students, researchers, engineers, chemists, and business professionals with innovative ideas, products, research, and solutions are encouraged to submit an abstract.

Abstract Submissions:

Abstracts should concisely report the aims and outcomes of your research so that readers know exactly what your paper is about. Your abstract should be fully understandable on it's own to someone who hasn't read your full paper or related sources.

Your abstract should include all of the following:

  • Your research problems and objectives

  • Your methods

  • Your key results or arguments

  • Your conclusion

Abstract submissions for the 2022 conference are due for review by November 1, 2021

Technical Paper Submissions:

Technical papers are formal written research papers reviewed by industry peers.  If your abstract was approved for SAMPE 2021, your technical paper is due for review January 15, 2021. Only Technical Papers that are accepted for publication will be scheduled for a 25-minute presentation during the SAMPE 2021 Conference.  Deadline extensions will not be granted due to high demand.

An invitation to present a Technical Paper at SAMPE 2021 is contingent upon the acceptance of a Technical Paper. Presentations are scheduled once the review process has been completed. Presentations may be scheduled anytime during the conference program by Show Management. Approved presenters receive a discounted registration rate, which will be made available via a special link upon the acceptance of the Technical Paper.
